He's for real and his program is a bargain for the price compared to many others out there... but, the bottom line is you will get out of it what you put into it... if you actually watch all of the training and learn how to utilze his websites and tools you will have gotten your money's worth.. what you do after that is up to your ability to implement the tasks laid out... best wishes for your future investments!

Hi Charles! I appreciate your response... I am wanting to make sure I will be working with a title company that is familiar with wholesale assignment contracts, seller financing, lease with an option to purchase and possibly sandwich leasees with an option to purchase. I want to make sure they can close these types of transactions and are used to working with real estate investors... I am no longer a licensed Realtor! Thanks for your help!

Hi! I am trying to locate experienced investor friendly title companies and or attorneys to use for closings in the Kalamazoo, Portage, and Grand Rapids MI area. Anyone out there know any?

I'm trying to do the same thing and am developing the relationships to seek "private money" as well as studying tutorials on seller financing, lease with option to buy and sandwich leases with the option to buy.

There is an intriguing lender that posts ads on BP... ExpressLends a one stop shop real estate investment lender.

@DuBeaux Dingle

Great question! I was an agent for Re/Max for a number of years in Atlanta... I had gotten hooked up with a very large property management company... over 300 houses under management... the property management company owner referred all his property owners that moved out of state and wanted to sell their rentals to me to list and rehab for them... I did this for a split on my commission because I was new and needed experience listing and marketing properties to advance my “agent” career... the property management company owner offered to teach me everything about investing... here is why I was not interested... at that time, all my time, energy and resources were focused on the retail market and succeeding as an agent... I was close minded due to my lack of desire to learn something that seemed so foreign and “out of the box”!

In retrospect, that was the worst real estate related decision I ever made... I highly recommend agents learn, pursue and become active investors for the reason you stated... also, in addition, it broadens your potential client pool as a “Realtor” to include Real Estate investors!

30 day money back guarantee... $795 x 3 payments... however, if you cancel $795 refunded... if you like and want to continue... you can role the $795 into the annual $1,995 and pay $1,200 balance... after that you’re able to use for life!

Generally I have found that if the action steps of any training are taken and followed to the T... the results will more than cover your investment in the program, add to your bag of useable knowledge, build your sphere of meaningful relationships and have a positive effect on your income... the key is implementation of the knowledge... “just do it” like NIKE says...
