I live in Antioch Illinois, I'm looking for a tax advisor/cpa that has, of course, real estate investing knowledge. Please let me know what you have for me! Thanks guys

hi @Shyanne Lamb, welcome to you too. I was actually watching a multifamily in salem that went under contract last week while I was working things out with lenders but oh well there will be plenty more!

Hi everyone, right down the road from all of you in Antioch, still looking for my first deal, looking for multi family

Hi Terry, I'm Jerry, I'm in not so far away Antioch and a beginner looking for my first deal

thank you so much, I've been doing lots of homework, just found a rei meet up next week, and I'll be making contact with Amanda Han sometime today!

Hi everyone, I'm Jerry, new to bp, real estate and investing in general. Found this site by reading every single article on a specific website. I plan to follow a buy and hold/slow flip strategy. I've been itching to get into real estate investing for months now, listening to podcasts and watching the bp webinars as much as possible to amass all the info I can fit in my brain. I think my first step is getting my ducks in a row as far as tax entities and strategies before I make that first purchase so I know everything will flow smoothly as I progress through the world of real estate. If anyone has cpa referrals or beginner advice it would be greatly appreciated.
