Hi everyone, I'm Jerry, new to bp, real estate and investing in general. Found this site by reading every single article on a specific website. I plan to follow a buy and hold/slow flip strategy. I've been itching to get into real estate investing for months now, listening to podcasts and watching the bp webinars as much as possible to amass all the info I can fit in my brain. I think my first step is getting my ducks in a row as far as tax entities and strategies before I make that first purchase so I know everything will flow smoothly as I progress through the world of real estate. If anyone has cpa referrals or beginner advice it would be greatly appreciated.
