What happens if she refuses to sign for the certified letter? She still has 9 months left in contract. I gave her option when she signed the contract to have a shorter term. She declined. I told her that we would look for replacement and if found one we would release her from her contract. She and her dad stated no. How do we prove we've been looking? She also owes part of the bills.

Is it required to hand deliver this notice to tenant in Oklahoma? We own house in which we lease 2 of 3 bedrooms. The third is my daughter. One girl left and is refusing to pay rent. Thanks
