The only drawback is that you are a slave to one company and an unknown algorithm. They could destroy your business in a second.

That being said, I have ten units listed on Airbnb and posted one on vrbo, as well. It only gets a couple bookings on vrbo but I feel like Airbnb know that it’s on another platform and it doesn’t get the Airbnb traffic as my Airbnb-only listings.

I have been researching this as well. 1stBank says they will do it up to 75% LTV for 36 month term.

Rental comps are an art, not a science. The only way you're really going to know is when you rent it. Padmapper is another good website that conglomerates listings to use in your analysis.
