But ideally the cash out from house "A" of $115,000 would cover the balance of house "B' of $89,000, correct? My apologies for not providing that info.

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

Jermaine here! I'm relatively new to the real estate game with three properties with roughly one year of equity. My question is "for anyone with this particular experience" Is it a far fetched idea to do a cash out refi on house "A" to payoff some personal debt and large payment on house "B" to knock down the principal? Just trying to figure out what's the next best move. Thnx in advance for any insight!
