You'll be provided MLS Access with your Local Board. But yes, definitely ask your Broker and grab a mentor while you're at it. Will help a ton as you start off and is worth paying them. You'll get the hang of it (at least doc / systems wise) after the first few transactions.

@Robert Mayfield how did the second appraisal come out? In a similar situation myself.
