Hey everybody, any recommendation on who should I go with for a HELOC on non-owner occupied homes? Does anyplace out there let you combine multiple properties into one line - or am I chasing a unicorn? So far I have found BECU will generate a line that can be drawn on for 10 yrs, will loan up to 70% of appraised value, has no maintenance fees and just charges $400-600 for the appraisal.

While you're at it - what's the best place for a business line of credit?

Hi everybody.  I'm in the general area of Tacoma Washington which includes Puyallup, Spanaway and Graham. I've been investing part time for about 10 years.  I've made my mistakes along the way but am still ready to ramp things up now that I've learned how to do it right.
