Hey @Lucas Pinto, thanks for the shout-out and I'm glad you liked the podcast.  I love investing in Seattle and all the attractions that cause the population growth here to be higher-than-average.

I remember reading in a book called "Real Estate Riches" by Dolf De Roos and he talked about the national average of annual real estate appreciation over long periods of time is around 8%.  But particular areas are higher-than-average and some are lower-than-average (of course).  One of the factors that defined the higher-than-average areas was living by a coast.  People love to live near water for the beauty, activities, and fresh air.  We have those factors working for us here in the Seattle area so people will always move here and seek dwellings in higher-than-average numbers :).

Hello BiggerPockets friends,

I am an experienced multifamily investor in the Seattle area.  I am seeking to fund more of my deals with private money, and am interested to connect with individuals who would be interested to earn 7% interest on cash loans (length of time flexible). I will use the loans to acquire rental properties in Snohomish County north of Seattle.

Particularly I am interested in creating relationships with *individuals* rather than institutions (I already have several institutions I am working with positively) as I've found the individual-to-individual partnerships create the most gratifying win-win situations.

I am the subject of Podcast #145, so feel free to listen and get to know my real estate approach & background.

Warmest Regards,
- Jeremy

Dear BiggerPockets friends,

My brother and I are experienced multifamily investors in the Seattle area.  We own a duplex in Everett, WA worth about $250k on which we have $150k debt at 12% interest.  Rather than go through the financing process to get a 30-year fixed at a low interest rate, we'd like to seek a private loan at 7%.  We intend to sell or pay off the property within a few years so we don't need the 30-year fixed (and we are beyond 10 mortgages already so it is difficult to get).

Length of loan is negotiable and we can provide references and data about our portfolio, of course.  We are experienced with Private Loans and we have never missed a payment or any financial commitment in our lives.

Thanks for considering,
- Jeremy

"Downtown" Dennis seems to have knowledge of just about all the commercial spaces available around Everett.  I bet he could help you.
