Hello Bigger Pockets, I am excited to join and start connecting with other multifamily investors. I am the Director of Real Estate for a multifamily developer in Houston, TX that specializes in boutique walk up 100 units or less.  I am responsible for sourcing and analyzing value add multifamily deals in urban in-fill submarkets of Houston, TX. We've successfully acquired over $128M of MF real estate since 2015 and are looking to double our portfolio over the next couple of years. Looking forward to meeting other investors who love Houston as much as I do!
