Welcome to BP Devin! Both of those markets are great for buy & hold rental properties. I would like to invite you to the Lubbock REIA if you're interested in networking with other local investors and learning more about RE investing. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month during lunch. Connect with me on BP and also check out the Lubbock REIA online and on FB.

That area is ok. It's holding value, but probably not going to appreciate as much as other areas if Lubbock. I would highly recommend HubCity Rentals as a management company.

Make sure you get a builders risk policy as well as a home owners policy.

The REIA meeting are on the 3rd Thursday of the month. We meet at Harrigan from 12-1pm but you can take advantage of the networking before and after if you have time. Find myself and the REIA on social media to stay up to date with all of our events.
