Joan Brown, we have hosted smaller events like that in the past for members and we could definitely set up more in the future if you find more value in that type of event.

We already have a really good REIA in Lubbock with a solid membership. Go to lubbockreia.com if you would like to join us sometime.

You will always find better deals when you buy direct from a wholesaler or home owner. The MLS and auction properties have too much competition and amateur investors are willing to pay too much for them. Connect with me and I'll add you to my buyers list.
