@Nick Gann thank you man yes that’s my goal I understand the financial benefits real estate can bring to my life it’s honestly just getting started is the scary part but I know it just comes with time everything is scary if you don’t know everything but I’m also a risk taker as well so that has its ups and downs for me . But I want to be able to own properties I know ownership is key for me . Myself I would like to buy and hold properties so I could be able to cash flow from them but my long term goal is to have apartment units . I’m just trying to find my way into the game.

Hey everyone I just wanted to have a brief discussion about which is the best way to start out in real estate my goal for the long run is to have several properties and be able to cashflow from them . I would really love to hear everyone stories if you’re willing to share them!
