Jenn St.Pierre:
Hello All! My name is Jenn and I'm looking for some direction. I'm EXTREMELY new to Real Estate and really don't know much about it. I am currently researching all about leads as I am going to start generating them and fielding calls for my business partner.
We're going to try to find people that:
want to sell their houses, but don't have them listed for sale right now.
1) They are under foreclosure, and may loose their house soon. This may happen too soon for them to list it, find a buyer, close, etc.
2) They don't realize quite how much their property is worth, and therefore haven't considered selling it.
3) They live out of town and just haven't had the time or energy to deal with the property, finding a realtor, etc.
My questions are as follows:
1) Identify who we should mail, and how we should segment (i.e. in area vs. out of area owners?)
2) Would anyone have any examples of direct mail pieces that could be sent to potentials?
3) When getting the potentials on the phone, what should we be asking.
Thank you for your time, as I'm in need of guidance to get the ball moving in the right direction.
