I use Cabinets To Go out of Raleigh. They will deliver your cabinets from Raleigh for a fee of around $350. You will then need a contractor to assemble and install your kitchen cabinets.  Using them has saved me thousands of dollars in the past.

Thanks so much everyone!

URGENT QUESTION. House under contract, two weeks to commit.

Can I set up a self-directed IRA to loan money to an LLC in which I am the sole managing member? The LLC Purchases homes, renovates them, then resells them. I play an active role in managing the projects and act as the buyers agent on the front end and listing agent on the back end. I simply want to borrow the money by Note for the loan amount plus a nominal interest rate to be paid when the note is called. If this is a non- prohibited arrangement and thus allowed, how long does it take to set up the self-direct fund and do I use an attorney, my investment company Merrill Lynch or some other professional?

It is for sale not rental and there is a front yard as well which will need to be mowed.

My inclination is to sod it to make it look nice then mention off street parking as an option on the mls.

I am nearing completion of a rehab/addition for flipping. The property is an older home in an historic neighborhood and backs up to an alley. Some of the homes in the neighborhood have put gravel in the backyard for offstreet parking. The yard is very small and I am trying to decide whether to put in Gravel for parking or just sod it. My thought is if I get a buyer who wants offstreet parking off the alley they can put gravel in themselves but if I get a buyer who has no interest in offstreet parking they would want it sodded. My guess is the cost is about the same whether I put in the gravel or sod it. There's plenty of on street parking. Interested in your opinions on whether you would go with putting in the gravel or just sodding the yard. Thanks.
