Wow! Reading all the good stuff you all had to say is encouraging!  I've signed up...I am a newbie landlord and want to increase my investments--multi-families seems to be what I'm attracted to...will also be taking RE classes first week in December to learn more about this whole process.  I know nearly NOTHING! But I am eager to learn...

Ok, so I am a total newbie to real estate, real estate investing, and social media/forum/computer stuff...o boy! 

I'm wicked excited to embark on this journey, though...I have already purchased a small multi-family, my first purchase ever in the whole wide world!, and I will make this grow.  I will be reaching and reading about whatever info is available and send thanks in advance!
