HI BP, Just starting out and found a property I really want to place an offer on.  Does anyone have ballpark repair costs for the Cleveland Ohio area?  I have a great spreadsheet to figure out the repairs needed, but the costs are for California and I have no idea if they are even close.  Ant help for a newbie? Thanks in advance!!

HI all!  I am just starting out and am going out to my first home walk-thru.  I need help with figuring out the costs for the repairs needed.  I don't want to estimate too high or too low. I have a great checklist to go off of, but have no idea what local contractors would charge for materials and labor.  Any help would be great!!  I am in Ohio if that helps.
