Looking for local contractor ballpark pricing in Ohio

HI BP, Just starting out and found a property I really want to place an offer on.  Does anyone have ballpark repair costs for the Cleveland Ohio area?  I have a great spreadsheet to figure out the repairs needed, but the costs are for California and I have no idea if they are even close.  Ant help for a newbie? Thanks in advance!!
