Do you have a life coach? Have they helped you? What advice would you give about picking one?

What was your favorite part about talking to them?

At my local REI meeting last night, a fellow landlord informed me all their tenants pay cash, and its illegal to not accept cash as a form of payment. Is this true?

If stated in the lease, how you want to be paid, can the tenants still pay cash?

Nate, you are more than welcome to join our facebook page- the link is above. I have not scheduled a meet-up, you are the first to mention it. I am a member of the FDL AAA but I wouldn't mind putting together a special meeting for BP people, if we can find enough people. Great Idea:)

@Joe Grebe: What you read is what I know. Currently, I left the rent and starting doing renovations on the garage, and my side. The tenants pay-on-time, are clean, quiet, and never complain. So I'm taking that as a trade off right now to do what I need to - knowing I have good tenants and money coming in every month. I will be raising it eventually. Right now, it's a good deal for me.

As far as I know- 650 is very cheap for a clean 4 bedroom.

Frank: location is in the center of town on 4th street. Moderate upgrades.
