Hi David,
Thank you for reaching out to me. My husband is actually already relocated to San Antonio trying to find us a place to live and searching for properties to flip. Unfortunately he had a potential investor to start out which fell through at the last minute. I am currently still in North Carolina in the process of selling my veterinary hospital in order to relocate to be with him and his family. I am looking to close on my business the end of March if all goes well so time is of the essence. I have forwarded your phone numbers to my husband with the hopes he has a chance to call you sometime today. His name is Arty. I appreciate the links you sent to us as well. They will definitely come in handy as we move forward.
Sincerely,
Jenn

I am a veterinarian in North Carolina. I am in the process of selling my veterinary hospital in order to relocate to the San Antonio, TX area with my husband to be closer to family. My husband has currently moved to San Antonio and is in the process of trying to start up a new business to flip houses. Unfortunately we are selling my veterinary business at a very big loss to make this move and most if not all of our cash on hand will probably go back into the sale of the hospital. We are currently trying to find an investor or investors to help us start up our new business. Almost all of my husband's professional career has been involved in the construction industry in some sort of capacity so he will be able to do all the rehab on his own. We are hoping to be able to have our first official flip a house to be able to call our own as we are the proud owners of 6 dogs and 12 cats, many of which are special needs in nature, and are unable for me to make the move out to San Antonio with all the fur babies until we have a place of residence to call our own. Any help or advice anyone could supply us with would be greatly appreciated

I just came across the BP website today and think it is great. My husband and I are relocating to the San Antonio, TX area with the hopes of starting a new business flipping houses. It seems like a great area and we will be closer to family. Glad to meet those I have already met on this site and excited about meeting more of you.
