Hi all,

I haven't set up my LLC yet. I'm just getting started in this business. Is it possible to buy a property first, then roll it over into an LLC? For example, if I live in it first. Or if I find a good deal that I want to make an offer on immediately.

I would be interested for sure.

You're the man, Steven!

Hi there,

I'm interested in soon purchasing my first real estate property, but I don't know where to start when it comes to looking for a lawyer and accountant experienced in this area who can help me set things up from scratch.

Any recommendations for Central Alabama?

When considering a rental property, such as a vacation property, how do you verify rental income?

Do owners and agents have a fiduciary duty to give accurate numbers?

I am potentially interested. It would depend on the time.

Great, thank you! I know short sales can be a lengthy process and can come with issues. I was thinking by going the condo route, I might be able to skirt around some of the major issues like foundations, etc.
Appreciate it!

I know there are no guarantees, but would a short sale be something worth considering? I'm interested in the condo market so structural issues would be taken care of by the building.
