New RE entrepreneur in Montgomery, AL

I am new to Bigger Pockets and to real estate investing. I own and have invested in flips as a silent partner. Now I want to move to doing some deals myself. I'm very interested in starting an Entrepreneurs Group in the River Region (a Meetup?). Online forums are great, but I'd like to expand our possibilities with face to face networking and learning.
