I built my own system using google drive..most of their applications (apps) work well with each other and I used them so they can update automatically when you plug in information...it's also good if your on the go where you can update from your phone...I built my system using the (free plugins) that you can install for each app...it takes some time to build it out but it's all free if your savy with computers (coding) it's not that hard....if not then you can always use something like Podio or appfollio which I've heard work pretty well. I am currently sourcing deals within Newark, NJ and other areas in northern NJ to wholesell. I am having trouble getting the contracts signed and was looking for someone to get me over the hump.

Would appreciate any knowledge from experienced investors or wholesellers.

Additionally, I am in real estate part time looking to use it to gain financially independence.  I've been working I digital advertising for 10yrs+ and would be willing to trade my knowledge on how to run campaigns and how to save money with digital advertising.

I would just use google drive is your first starting out. I have Podio but don't really use it that often. I use call rail for my calls and google sheets and it seems to be sufficient for now...once I get bigger I would move to a CRM but from my experience you can create most functions of a CRM in google drive yourself
