I am currently sourcing deals within Newark, NJ and other areas in northern NJ to wholesell. I am having trouble getting the contracts signed and was looking for someone to get me over the hump.

Would appreciate any knowledge from experienced investors or wholesellers.

Additionally, I am in real estate part time looking to use it to gain financially independence.  I've been working I digital advertising for 10yrs+ and would be willing to trade my knowledge on how to run campaigns and how to save money with digital advertising.
