Check out Deese property management. Not sure if they are hiring but they manage all our property in Spokane. Are ethical and do it the right way. Would be a great place to learn. Also, Billy Deese is a brokerage so you can learn that side of the business. He works with a lot of investors (like us) in buying, rehabbing, and renting properties.

Weve had a great relationship with Inland Capital out of Spokane.

We have found good rates with Foremost Insurance on both flips around WA. Foremost is ran by Famers Insurance.

Alice has been great to work with on our flips. We pay month by month and then when we sell a property we get pro-rated back for the monthly amount. Alice has insured properties for us all over the state not just in Spokane.
