So I was wondering what other people's thoughts were on the idea of adding solar panel to a home that you are flipping?  

Hi @Aaron Miley and @Tanya Gruell I am a newbie in Spokane as well. I am also trying to build up my personal network.  In the process of hopefully getting my first home to flip this week. I am interested in Flips and buy/holds to begin with. If you are ever interested I am more than willing to get together to chat and bounce ideas/strategy off each other.  Good luck!!

thanks @Scott Ellis  I am currently interested in Single family buy and flip properties. I am looking to hopefully do my first deal within the next month and just want to get everything in place prior to pulling the trigger to make everything run smoothly.
