Hello,

I'm in the process of studying for my real Estate License. Along side my studies I have been looking for Brokers that I can possibly work with after I get my license. I  was hoping someone in the New York City Area (all boros) can point me in the right direction as to which brokers would bring on someone as either a regular Agent and or as a Referral-Agent. I work full-time in IT and l'm looking to get my feet wet in "Agent-world" of Real-Estate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon BP members,

Question:

I found an opportunity to invest in a Real Estate property. However I would like to do this via a Self-Directed IRA account.

Would I need to create a separate LLC for the Self-Directed account( essentially having two LLC's..one for my business and one for the SD-IRA)? or can I just create a single LLC for my real-estate Business and have the Self-Directed account listed as a member?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello BP members,

I'm thinking about having two different websites. One for Sellers and another for Buyers.. I don't want to mix the two together.

My Seller Site will  have my company's logo and will match the company domain. However.. will I need to create a separate company for the Buyer's site just to have the domain-name match the company name?...What I really want to do is have the Domain-name be different and use the original company name;

However, i'm not sure if that would cause confusion for my Buyers..for example, they see a domain that says : ABCHomeBuyers.com but when they log on to the site they see a company called ABCRealty LLC ( these are just examples and not my actual company's name....whats appropriate?

Q2:  Did you make a decision towards Mojo Dialer?

Brookshire Harris,  they never actually contacted me to set it up the webinar....I reached out to them to see what the deal was and never received a response...so i just watched their videos to determine if it's something that I was willing to purchase. I decided against it because based on how often I would need to skip trace didn't match their price-point...so for now  I use Fiverr for skip-tracing. Until I need to skip-trace more people a month, then I guess i'll move up.

As for Mojo Dialer, based on the information provided via Videos and word of mouth, I will be going with them; I just haven't purchased their plan yet.
