Gents and Ladies,

If you know a painter and/or handyman that you'd recommend, who does work in the Northern SD county ( near Oceanside) can you please connect us?

I have a rental turnover to prep. The sub I'm considering working with has many red flags, so I'm weary.

thanks!

Can anyone provide a recommendation to someone who installs HVAC units in rehab properties?

Thank you in advance.

Im am looking to acquire MF apartments buildings in Augusta. Have deal that im underwriting, however, I am learning that market. I am aware about all the job growth, however, I want to make sure I am not buying in a C class, D class area. Online date has provided valuable data, however, nothing beats first hand knowledge of someone who lives and/or invests in the area.

Please reach out, I look forward to connecting.

Thanks!

@Waylon Zook Yes, I was referring to the fascia board, my apologies. To which the fascia is then secured to.

@Waylon Zook Thanks. So if the fascia got torn off during a bad storm its because there is a good possibility the rafters ends started to dry rot or nails loosen.

So essentially, the large fasters from the gutter attached to the fascia do nothing to secure the fascia to the rafter.

I am dealing with an issue in which a storm came in and possibly pulled the gutter from the fascia. Would a gutter that was pulled away be a cause or allow for the fascia to “rip open” away from the house?

I was under the impression that the fascia boards are attached to the rafters by many nails.
