@Daniel Paul Goodman your idea may be better suited for hunting camps/base camp set ups. Most hunters are buying campers or mobile homes and then moving them to the deer hunting property. The container cabins might be able to do very well in that market. You location near Atlanta is positioned perfectly for all the hunting camps down here in the south. 

@John Underwood check the listing to see if he has corrected the mention of grill. He should have corrected this listing mistake as soon as you brought it to his attention.

@Pretty Khare yep $6k a year until you can reach the catch up age.

Many households have a 401k with a previous employer or a traditional IRA that is limping along with low yielding mutual funds. These can be rolled over with no penalty into a self directed account. My custodian allowed you to pay based upon number of properties or account value.
