and im not sure what i should be expecting for holding costs. HML costs are included in holding costs right? say... 10% +3 points. Are those 3 points included in purchase closing costs?

so instead of average of 2000 purchase closing costs, id add 3% of my purchase price to those purchase costs?

how closely related should a business name be to the real estates business?

i see many names that are realestatebuyers(location)" . realestatebuyerscalifornia , cashbuyersnewyork, cashbuyerslosangeles , WeBuyRealEstate  ETC..........

should a business name be closely related to terms like that?  "cash buyer- real estate- and location?

im having trouble thinking of some names and what it should look like.

Should it be creative?

is it more important to just "have the name" or is it more important to think of a "creative name".
