@John Underwood love it. It’s great to hear stories like this.

@John Underwood no homes where I live for 12k. Good for you! What area?

@Paul Sandhu guess this just goes along with the territory.

Of course, these type of issues/conversions will vary based on the clientele you are serving.

@Paul Sandhu What percentage of the calls are you getting the kind of responses shared above?

@Wes M. can you give me the name and contact number of the realtor you worked with?  I’ve been looking to get a place in same area doe a while.

Good luck with your place. It looks amazing!

Thank you

Jeff

@Julie Darrow that’s wonderful.

I have a similar plan but with less tiny homes. What area are you in? Also, would like to chat with you about what Company you used. Many of the companies have very long waited for delivery.

Will send you private message!

Good luck with your adventure. Looks like a lot of fun!

@Patrick M. Beech and Sugar are both popular areas. It really has to do with preference. You can have success with an STR at either location.

The length of their ski season is usually about the same so that wouldn’t be a determining factor.

They are only 20 minutes apart so renters will pick which one they prefer and stay there. Some will go between mountains and some won’t.

This area, like most towns in the app mountains have Year around guests.

We’ve skied both mountains and enjoy both.  You really can’t go wrong at either location so I wouldn’t stress out about it. My guess is the data you pay for won’t really give you an answer. You can have success with an str at both mountains.

You are probably only a few hours away so it may make sense to visit the area and see which one you like better and what your eyes tell you.

@Patrick Bavaro I’d like to learn more about your Build in Cape Coral. I’ve been researching the area and would like to know more about your experience.

What’s the best way to connect?

Thanks!

@Alicia Hall have you compared advantages/disadvantages of being in a community vs getting a tiny house on your own land?

1000 ft tiny house? Not sure I’d say that it’s still a tiny house. LoL. Never heard of this… most are 200-500 ft.

How much are they charging for a 1k ft furnished “tiny house” and what is your expected expenses/ revenue?

@Alicia Hall you have to know your target market/audience. Look on VRBo/Airbnb in area you are looking to invest and see how the tiny houses are doing. I’ve seen some have a lot of success when they are in the right area. Know your niche good.
