My Indy partner is @Jason Skelton

I am looking for a property manager for a couple properties.  

(My previous property manager was quite good -- disciplined, organized, clear, skilled, etc.. Alas, she retired, sold the business, and the new management is hilariously bad.) 

One property is a fourplex in Tigard, and the other is a SFR in East Portland.

@Neal Collins and gang, any recommendations for a property manager that covers Washington County / Tigard? (starting with a Fourplex)

Jared, have you done a cost estimate of the repairs? I will be in Indy June 18-19 (17-20 including travel days), and it might be worth checking out.
