^^^ All great ideas!  I like the idea of any small, non-perishable, low cost items that a client would otherwise have to go to a store to get.  Convenience is the name of the game and if someone saves me time that I can then spend with my family, they get big points for that.

Looking at purchasing a house that is in the middle of a bankruptcy.  The owner says his attorney will take offers before the bankruptcy judge and get approval for the sale.  They have NOT foreclosed on the property yet.  He says he has until the end of the month to submit an acceptable offer before they start the foreclosure process.  Is this normal?  Anything I need to look out for outside of the norm?

I would think if you're targeting 55+, then there wouldn't be quite as high a demand for 3br verses 2br.  Kids should be long gone by this age but an extra  (2nd) bedroom for grand kid or freind visits would be good.

I'm looking for properties in and around Jackson Tennessee area in the $20-$200k price range.  Will consider any residential single or multi family units.  If you have, or know someone who has, something they'd like to move, shoot me a message for a quick reply.
