Hi Daniel. Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks for the offer of help with my questions. I'm sure there will be some!! I've wanted to get into real estate for a long time. What's your niche? Fix and flip or do you buy rental properties? I really would also like to get into purchasing multi-family (2-4 units) rental properties, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to get financing based solely on my wife's salary and with me being unemployed.

Hi folks! My name is Jeff. I am a major newbie to the world of real estate, but I have been wanting to get into house flipping for many years. After recently losing my accounting job when my office shut down, I decided this is the time to take the plunge. I've been reading everything I can find about flipping, including the BiggerPockets forums, and watching every house flipping show on TV (they make it look SO easy LOL). Anyway, I have been so impressed by how helpful the members are here, so I look forward to interacting with you all, and will try not to ask too many questions!!! :-)
