Aaron Yates thanks for the reply, I have read a few of your posts as I noticed you are also in Michigan. Congrats on your company growing. Im just getting my financial house in order and do not plan on "jumping in the game" until next spring but would like to meet some of the local investors and pick some brains.

Hi everyone I am new to BP and new to real estate investing, but have been browsing the site for a little while now and even have the app on my Iphone 5. It seems like the best first step is to join a local REIA group and meet local investors. I was just wondering if anyone on here would recommend the Wayne county REIA or the Oakland county REIA? Any advice appreciated
