Thank you Valentina, do you have any properties in mind? We are preliminarily looking at a 4/2 SFH with pool. You can PM me with details if required or alternately I can give you a call tomorrow.

Post: Going to Florida next week to check some properties.

My team and I operate in less saturated parts of Florida (North Port, Port Charlotte, and Cape Coral). These are build-to-rent. These are often ideal for long-distance investors, who what to work with an established team that manages all aspects of your investment. Cap Rates are in the 6-8% range. Let me know if you are interested in learning more. - Thanks!

I would be interested in build to rent as well (I and my partners are looking in that area).

I and my partners are also looking in Kissimmee area. Can you PM me or provide me rough numbers? My partner is already closing this week in a 4/3 SFH this week but we are looking to add more to our portfolio.

Hi, I and my partners are also looking in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. Any information on properties SFH or multi's would be greatly appreciated. We will be out of state investors so a ltr or even str will work. I am not sure how the str market will be in Cape Coral once we get out of this COVID situation, any thoughts??

      Hi,

I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself here. I have a summer rental property near the ocean that I rent. I am looking to get started more on flipping as well as whole year rentals (single and multi family). Would love to hear ideas on partnership, financing, deals etc.

      Cheers.
