I have a traditional IRA with Merrill for the last 5 years. And I just open a with IRA with TDAmeritrade. Should I transfer my account from Merrill to the New Roth IRA? Or should I keep both IRA's? Need help

How you know what company that gives out dividend stock each month? And do you have to buy minimum a month of shares to get dividend back? What if I already purchased some stocks, how can I find out if they give dividends?
