First Time Home Buyer

Jean Francillon
Posted

My name is jean and I want to buy a home in ATL for me and my family to live in. My FICOS score is 629. I'm also self employed, I need to know where do I start? And is a FHA loan a better lender for me to start with?

Yeah, that's coming from a lazy lender who simply doesn't want to do the work!

There are ways for self-employed folks to qualify for loans. You just need to find a broker honest enough to at least tell you what these are and then explain what needs to be done to qualify (even if they're not willing to help you do it!).

The "Millionaire Money Guy" I referred you to in my DM is a true professional. Call him!
