Hey BP!

So there is this home in my neighborhood. It is in a very great location here in Richmond Texas. I always knew for awhile no one lived there due to the condition of the fence and the backyard is trashed. Unfortunately now a realtor is dealing with the property and it has been listed for a little over a month now. I do not think she will be able to sell it. I plan on wholesaling this property. I know the only way I can invest in this property is by having the owner remove the realtor. I want to go into the house to see what kind of condition it is in, however I do not know how I can do this if I cant find a way to get in contact with the owner. 

Any ideas how I should approach this property?

Im fairly new and I went to a REIA workshop. They told me the best way to find leads are by buying a list. So I decided to purchase a single family pre foreclosure list. The next step I was going to do is to see what they owe on the mortgage. However I am having a problem trying to figure that out. I look up their address via tax records(Harris County Tax records) and at the top of their account is says "Account is Paid". Does this mean there is nothing left on the mortgage? Also what kind of strategies is normally used on pre foreclosures? Do people use wholesale or subject to?

Hey guys Im new to Wholesaling, and having a pretty hard time finding the deceased address. Some I find in Tax records but for the most part no luck. Should I just call the Attorney and ask for the Administrator contact then call the Administrator for the deceased address? Also what do you all mean by PR?
