I work with Vinteum Software, and we are in the process of building a full property management suite, but at this time we only have a task automation and best practice software.

That said if you are looking for a full accounting solution, I would say that Buildium, Appfolio, and propertyware are a good place to start. I have also done some research on http://www.softwareadvice.com/property/ and found they do a pretty good job of providing unbiased advice for your company.

If you need any assistance on the Maintenance/Management side, let me know.

@Kenndy Mendoza I have just recently started networking at different events in the Fort Lauderdale area and found two which might interest you.

CAI is a national organization that caters to Community Associtions- http://cai-seflorida.org/outside_home.asp

- They have a monthly breakfast for manager to get CEI credit and network with others.

NAA caters to multifamily housing and rentals-  http://www.sefaa.com/#!suppliersuccess/c1k94

I have always been interested in owning and management property, and shortly after graduating college I jumped right in. I am a Licensed real estate agent, I manage a few properties, and I work with Vinteum Property Management Software.

I would like to think i have a fairly well-rounded knowledge of real estate, but because I have't focused on any one section, I am far from an expert. I am hoping to use BP as a resource for me to learn, and to network with like minded professionals.
