Hi Morgan and thank you for the response, I am mainly looking into buy and hold and as for financing options I am just starting so any tips/hints here would be greatly appreciated:)
First and foremost I am looking at cashflow, like so many I think I want to be able to provide more/better for my family.
And really looking to invest anywhere there is an investment opportunity, by have to start somewhere :)
My "plan" at start is to buy a house with an apartment, so I can live there and rent out part of it.
Then I really wanted to get into the smaller apartments but am not finding good information about the laws around buying those to lease (i.e. Small apartment in a apartment complex sort of, you know with "fellesgjeld")
So yeah any information is appreciated :)
