Quick update from this morning.

Got in contact with a Landlord who has multiple properties he is looking to get rid of.  He has one that's really cheap that needs to be fixed up so I am going to see it tomorrow along with another more expensive but still severely discounted property he has.  If the repair costs are what they say they are, I will get the first house under contract tomorrow and I think it has the potential for a pretty nice spread. I may even be able to get both of them under contract tomorrow.

I will report back with the results.

My name is Jeremy, I am 20 years old from Chicago.  I have been a sleeper on this forum for a while but I have decided it is time for me to start posting and sharing what is going on in my life.  I've gotten so much great information from this forum and from the podcasts and would like to thank you guys for all the information you provide as it has helped me tremendously.

My current exit strategy is Wholesaling and I hope to use a % of each flip to put away to start building my rental portfolio.  I am looking to network and find other wholesalers or cash buyers in the Chicagoland area who are looking to have a hungry wholesaler feed them some deals!

I just sent out about 300 postcards so hopefully I get some bites and I can share what goes on with my first deal.
