Hello,

I would like to start my real estate investing with wholesaling. Not only do I need the quick cash, but the confidence gained by completing the deal.

I have a couple questions.

1) In the current Real Estate environment, where are the best opportunities to find motivated sellers? And, be able to quickly assign the contract. Obviously there are a lot of motivated sellers in Detroit. However, with the poor job market, I may have a more difficult time flipping the contract.

2) Has anyone utilized those websites that sell motivated seller leads?

My name is Jon. I am a new real estate investor from Wisconsin. I have been reading books, buying real estate investing programs, and perusing real estate forums for the past year. (Paralysis by analysis with the overabundance of information available.) 2008 is the year I take action and make a better life for my family.
