Hypothetically, if someone is signing their eXp realty contract as a new RE agent would anybody share a story why would "one" use a EIN number versus a SS number when filling out the W9?

NOTE: If that "someone" just received their EIN number a month ago and haven't used it on any business related documents and do not have any employees nor have filed a LLC but like to take advantage of the benefit of doing business under an EIN, is this a common move for RE agents?

Thanks in advance.

@Alex Bekeza @Mike Franco @Jon Schwartz

I’m familiar with those hard to find pockets of opportunity in the 559 and 661 area codes (Fresno county, Tulare county, Kings county and Kern county). Its important to recognize those hidden rough areas (C-, D and F) within these rural areas which from a “non-local’s” point of view might look like a “B” but all the locals know it’s more of an area that is on the decline, fast.

If interested I can bird dog some deals and if needed can also underwrite deals with full analysis of the area including comps, school districts, development and trends. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. Thanks.

The two main reasons I want my real estate sales license are:

  1. MLS access
  2. Save on commissions

If you don't mind sharing, what were some of the key factors that pushed you toward EXP over KW?

    Hey Anthony,

Did you happen to find the right brokerage for you, Exp vs KW? If so, do you mind sharing your experience so far?
I'm in the same boat you were in 4 months ago, I live in CA but having a hard time choosing between Exp and KW.

    My two main reasons:

    1) MLS access for investing opportunities

    2) save on commissions

    Thanks in advance,

    Jerry

    Hello Jerry,

You should be able to get a personal loan for 20 to 30k with a 600+ credit score.

Yes I agree probably a better fit.

Yes and I agree a personal loan is probably a better fit here.

It's been awhile but is this opportunity still available?

I noticed the email link in your profile isn't working, is there any other way I can reach out?

Great question Aaron, I currently have a HELOC with a balance of 53k with only 2k available. Any other suggestions?
