I’ve seen where NC has partnered with municipalities to provide federal or state funding to bring public water/sewer to under severed areas. I have a multi family property connected to septics. I’m looking to connect with someone to help discuss the process so I can get with my city to gain a grant yo have them pay for it vice coming out of my pocket.
Any leads or contacts please send my way.
If you’ve been through the process elsewhere please educate us.

Buying park with 40+ septic systems on 1:1, older system. Owner says they haven’t had any failures.

1) Is there a warranty or insurance product out there I could get seller to purchase to cover the systems in case they start failing. Trying to avoid purchasing the park only to then have to replace 40 systems.

2)Any recommendations for DD (not spending $30k to drain and inspect them all).

3)Would our insurance help with replacement?

Has anyone instead of removing trees, sold their trees for timber?

I've got over 50 trees that I'm looking to remove and instead of paying someone to cut them down I figure there's got to be a way to make money off them or at least break even.

Are rent increases allowed. I thought that they were not allowed under Gov’s emergency declaration. Has this been lifted?

I’ve worked with others who are getting going to help guide them along the way too, so don’t hesitate to reach out or PM me.
