Depending on the cost of rehab. Also on how soon you can get a tenant in. If you have one that would be ready by time rehab is complete, then yes. If you're going to have a hard time getting one then, flipping might be a better option or wholesaling. Either way I work in all areas so you're welcome to give me a call if you have any more questions.
