I have a pricing sheet that I go by with my company's clients. It pretty honest and reasonable.

I don't mean to laugh but I hired a guy who did the same thing. Luckily I fixed it before the investor came to inspect. Of course I fired him as well. The frame looks uneven also. I don't understand how hard it was to do the frame unless he rushed it and measured wrong.

Depending on the contractor that's hired from what I've seen and stories I've heard, Those are the ones that like to ride the clock !
