From what I understand, you can only have 1 FHA loan out at a time. Assuming you've lived in the property for over a year, you can refinance or sell the property and get a new FHA loan.

Hi @Michelle Puklin, you may want to check out Real People Realty.  Not sure if that's the type of arrangement you're looking for, but they charge a small monthly fee and a flat fee of each transaction. 

Sounds like a great deal - Congratulations! Inspiring and where I hope to be at some point.  Like Jenkins said, location, location, location - that (and the size of the complex) were the first things that stood out to me.
