@Michael LeBlanc

I'm thinking about this for my book I need to write this year.

Never a best time and maybe never it really depends on you and what you are trying to accomplish.

This topic is brought up daily on the forums you could read opinions for days on end...

@Rebecca Busch

Not an easy task to find a great real estate centric tax advisor and certainly won't be cheap.

@Michelle Moses

Yes, no one needs an advisor and if a client doesn't get value from their current provider they should leave.

I would disagree with just hiring someone hourly but that is certainly a choice; at $150/hr you will not be getting experienced advisors that can do higher level deep work and real planning.

But I agree paying a large firm $7,500 for several hours is probably not a great value add for @Lisa Gooding

Eliminate doorbells.....

All faucets should be consistent and you will carry them in stock when you have scale.

Depending on the class of this property get rid of that sprayer too just close off the 4th hole on the sink with cover plate.

Problem solved for under $5 please send invoice haha

When do you recommend insurance products for your clients?  What types?

@Bruce Woodruff are right you would really benefit from receiving and implementing professional advice.  A self funded care plan is challenging to execute and I empathize with you and your family.

Estate plan and advisory services or you want an attorney for drafting documents?

You do not always have to go the attorney route it really depends on your situation and what you are trying to accomplish.

Either way it's great you are planning and thanks for even posting about a topic that no one likes to bring up.

@Jack B.

Tax planning for an orderly disposal can be fun and highly recommend you work with your team on this.

@Jack B.

Check on the NIIT 3.8% if you are REPS that could be excluded but this may add other layers of complexity for other concerns with your tax planning you have a lot of fun stuff to work with.
