I've been working with Norada  Real estate  and First Premiere Properties  in Memphis.   They buy distressed properties, rehab them, sell them to investors, and manage the property.   I'm getting ready to buy my first home with them.  I'very been to Memphis and met them.   So far I've been very impressed.

I'm working with Steve Olsen at Norada right now.  I'm very close to purchasing my first Memphis property.   So far I've been very pleased with everyone involved.

I just started working with Norada to buy a rental in Memphis.  Thank you for all your posts.  I'm new to RE investing and every bit of knowledge is a great help.  Sounds like I'm with a great company.   Good to know.  For me personally, this is a buy and hold.  I'm not expecting much appreciation.  I'd like to have several of these homes as part of my financial freedom plan.

What if that is not a possibility?

How do you do due diligence on these turn key property companies? I was recommended to Norada Real Estate.   I've started working with them but haven't vetted them at all.  Just going on word of mouth.  Are there steps I can take in terms of due diligence?

Thank you all for the warm welcome.  In answer to the Memphis question, I chose that area because it has houses I can afford.

Hello! I'm excited to have found this new resource.  I'm Jamie from Encinitas, CA.   I've been searching for ways to be able to quit waitressing and pursue my acting career full time.  I believe real estate investing is a great vehicle for that.  I know it will take time, patience, and perseverance. Right now I'm looking at buy and hold strategies and house hacking.

I'm currently working with Norada Real Estate to buy a turn key property in Memphis.  Single families are around 40k with 6K down which is what I can afford.   My thought would be to hold onto this and refinance later on to purchase a duplex in my area.

Looking forward to connecting with others on this forum
